Inebriation, barfights, unwelcome advances, hollering, pistol duels, bounty hunting, moonshining, catcalling, cheating at cards, liar’s dice, and tobacco chewing are strictly prohibited.
While the west was known for disorder and rebellion, we abide by the local governance and require that all patrons be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Our only focus is precise cocktails service at Thompson and Twain, for food, beer and wine we are happy to direct you to our neighboring restaurants Crush & Brew and Espadín. Our cocktail menu leans heavily towards time appropriate spirits – Rye and Bourbon Whiskey along with Gin, but we offer the full range of familiar spirits.
We pride ourselves on custom cocktail craftsmanship and will make a drink tailored to your preference based on a few questions and your direction.
